I have dealt with Bob Rohman Schaumburg for the last 6 years and I have them to be the sloppiest, non-customer service oriented, mistake drive auto dealership in the North West. Then came a new general manager and WOW what a difference a little direction, accountability and management can do. I just purchased another automobile from them and was pleasantly surprised at the people, the willingness to help as well as the spirt they have.
