Edit: (4/14/26) I went for the 2nd time yesterday and had another great experience. I had a different doctor this time and she was very kind too, explained everything fully and made sure I didn't have any questions. staff always nice, scheduling really easy. good communication.
My primary doctor Noreen was very attentive and knowledgeable. Staffs are very welcoming and I always feel so taken care of when I’m at the hospital.
I absolutely hate going to the doctor, and places like Schaumburg Immediate Care make the experience as gentle as possible. It's not a fancy building, but the staff is very friendly and kind, and their website is well designed. I was able to book an appointment easily and had no wait time.
