Took an MSA that she wrote to another law firm and they said it was worst MSA they have ever seen and can't believe the courts even approved it. It left too much for ambiguity and up to interpretations. She said this is "perfectly normal" for a divorced couple to not only continue to share property but also continue to reside together after a divorce. Really?!
Linda is currently representing a family member but apparently has too much on her plate to respond in an acceptable amount of time. She does not have the best interest of the people she represents in mind and seems intimidated by other more aggressive attorneys.
Knowledgeable. Compassionate. Thorough. I cannot recommend Linda and her team enough. They expertly handled estate probate for my family on two occasions. I've referred many friends to get their wills done through there. They were all very satisfied.
Terrible lawyer. She will just try to take advantage of you and take all of your money.
Linda is the best Attorney I have ever had. Extremely down to earth, and helps you in any way she possibly can.
