I live in the Schauman Rentals on Carter Rd. I had a leak in my Condo. Went to pay rent for July and I had the privilege to talk to Zack Schauman. After discussing the roof problem, the very next morning he sent Dave Schauman's the roofer to my home. He stated that he repaired 2 places on the roof. HE ASURED ME IF I I noticed any leaks showing on ceiling after rains ; I WAS TO CALL ZACK SCHAUMAN BACK AND LET HIM KNOW AND DAVE WOULD BE BACK ! AGAIN.
