Stonewood property is horrible. Property manger hardly in office, maintenance never actually fixes anything, pools never actually clean, cars get stolen, office staff talking about non work related things in front of residents, one of the maintance men constantly drives reckless through the complex and was doing donuts in the work truck, moved into my apartment and multiple things were still broken/not done.

Rented from one of their properties breaking the lease. I was given a list of amounts owed. I asked how to pay the balance after I moved I was told I would be sent an invoice. Nearly one year later I get a bill for $600 plus from a credit agency. I dispute it. They send a new invoice but did not update it with the credit agency. Horrible company. Do not do business with them.
