My fuel oil furnace went out on a Friday Nite, I'm a disabled veteran. I chose to heat all weekend in Michigan at 10 degrees outside w space heaters and wait for a service tech with a better attitude to come Monday. Family owned, three generations in the same small community. Chose to go without heat rather than deal w the less than helpful, less then friendly attitudes...let that sink in.
Dave and Andy replaced my furnace... Very professional and courteous during what I thought would take a long time, no they were on task and shortly completed. I highly recommend Schark H&C, Anyday! Thank You!
