Great family owned company. I called to make an appointment regarding a slow draining laundry sink in my basement. Frank was very knowledgable and got me right on the schedule. I ended up clearing the clog myself so I didn’t need the company to come out. Frank was understanding and never pressured me at any point. My positive experience speaks to Frank’s kindness and customer focused business model. I will use this company in future for my plumbing needs.
Excellent response time and service for a water heater replacement from Scharf. It was only 6 hours, from problem discovery to new hot water heater. Definitely recommended!
