They scheduled 3 people to see the same dentist at the same time. After waiting over an hour, I got up & left. Very disrespectful to waste people's time like that. Will never return to this place.
Have never been treated so poorly then I was at this office. Made appointment for three of my children all for the same day. Received a call from office to see if I could bring one in early due to a cancellation. I agreed and brought that one in early. At the end of that appointment I was told he had to have two cavities fixed. The dentist told me he ( my 11 year old) needed nitrous oxide. This is the best childrens dentist around., I take all my kids there!! they are AWESOME
We made three consecutive appointment for our son to get much needed dental work done almost 2.5 months in advance - the 2.5 wait was pushing it as it was, because his dental problem could start effecting his physical health if put off - this was not an appointment for anything that was simply aesthetic. My kids have seen Dr. Schapiro since they were little. Its been over 7 years of exceptional service. He is the only Doctor my kids ASK to see? When are we going back to Dr Schapiro Mom?? He must be pretty great to Want to go see.. His office is very kid friendly, movies are always playing, toys and books to keep them occupied. Never a long wait. Very professional and courteous staff. I highly recommend him.
My 5 children have been going to Dr. Schapiro's office for about 5 years now. The staff are driven by quality, integrity, and character. They provide exceptional services to all their clients. I absolutely LOVE the fact that I can set appointments for all 5 of my children at one time and been seen in a timely manner. There is a wonderful child friendly waiting area for all your youngsters. I would highly recommend Dr. Howard Schapiro to anyone!
As a physician I am a very selective health care consumer. My two teenage boys have been seeing Dr. Shapiro since they had teeth. Not only has he provided excellent dental care, he and his staff are always personal, helpful, and they make it a fun experience for the kids. My daughter went to see her regular dentist to have an abscessed tooth taken care of. With a big needle in the dentist's hand, trying to hide it from my daughter, she said, OK now. Close your eyes. At that point my daughter freaked and began to cry and wouldn't open her mouth. I didn't think I would ever be able to get her into a dentist office again! Dr.Schapiro has taken such good care of my children. My one daughter is very nervous about going to the dentist she sometimes seems to need some extra TLC, and Dr. Schapiro always puts her at ease. It starts with the staff, who are so nice and helpful. The office is beautiful and spotless and a haven for kids. I highly recommend this practice, we've been going here for years and are very very happy.
