OK built house I bought a schantz home about 4 years ago. The quality is pretty good except for the paint job. It looked like a monkey painted the walls. I can see hand paints all over the walls. The other issue is they recently decrease the price of the house about 60K. So either they overcharge EVERYONE on the street or they are cutting a lot of corners. I would be careful buying a house now.
Great Builder This builder builds BEAUTIFUL homes at very reasonable prices!!! They are willing to build custom or from a plan they already have- you make it your own. They add little "extras" that make all the difference!
