Responsive and helpful. We couldn’t find a single contractor to help with our cedar shake. Liz at Schantz was on the job! She got a team out to inspect and they were professional and communicative. On time and did a great job. Thank you!
Finished work done by Schantz. Pictures of the tree damage (Two large hardwoods!) done to the back of the house are not included because they somehow got lost in the cloud. The trees tore through the corner of the upper level with branches in a bedroom and destroyed the laundry room and another bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. I simply cannot say enough about Schantz Home Improvement. During a water restoration process an unrelated issue was discovered. After talking to several companies, Liz called! From the moment I spoke to her, I told my family, I am not looking further. In addition to the various crews, which were all professional, it was an absolute dream dealing with everyone at Schantz. Liz kept the communication lines open and frankly went above and beyond in all aspects. Schantz will always be my first stop for any future improvements!!!
Schantz Home Improvement made the process of replacing my large window so easy! From measurement to installation, everything went smooth. Liz is truly a gem, she was wonderful to work with throughout the process. I look forward to working with them again on future home improvement projects!
This company went above and beyond my expectations. They provided a very reasonable quote to repair our siding when others said it could not be done. Then this group did an excellent job with the repairs in a timely manner. I would highly recommend to anyone needing new or repair siding.
