Schantz Home Improvement did a great job repairing siding and a leaky room. Liz and Brian made sure that I was completely satisfied with the outcome of the project. The work was professional and clean and fast. I will definitely use them for any upcoming projects.
I had a significant problem with some old georgia pacific siding that had deteriorated and needed replacing or repair. I contacted several companies to get pricing. Schantz was competitive, but more importantly was very responsive to my concerns and gave several estimates on differing choices I was considering. When we came to agreement they did a superior job and I am truly pleased with the work. In the future they will be my go too.
