Never mind that many must now order their bratwursts, bockwursts, blutwursts, Bavarian loaves and Black Forest hams by mail. Part of the reason for this loyalty is the consistent high quality of its sausages, hams and other products, some of which have won gold medals in Germany, Austria and Holland through the years.
