4 days ago I unfortunately was very disappointed with the customer service of Schaller Mitsubishi. Below is a recount of our experience when I tried to bring my car in to get a lost key replaced. My fiancé called and tried to set up an appointment to have the key to my car replaced. Well I found it kind of odd that my oil change and the fixing of my recall was les than an hour when the ladies told me it was gonna take a few hours , so my question is eather they did my oil change and not my recall or the did my recall and not my oil change , sonething don’t feel right , cause I’m pretty sure both would of taken more than an hour , just saying !
Staff was friendly and professional and the work was completed much more quickly than expected! I have been to other dealerships where I had the opposite experience so today was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Schaller Mitsubishi service!
I will not bring my car to them for any reason. The service department is rude and not helpful! Will not recommend to even my worst enemy!
