I would recommend anyone looking for a honda to go to schaller, the staff is very friendly and patient. Not pushy like many other dealers.5 stars and I will deffinetly be back for my next car
My experience with Schaller was a positive one overall. I got to work with Tyler, young kid with 3 weeks on the job and had the honor to be his first car sale. Also was given a fair trade for my trade in. But the best experience was meeting Frank the finance representative. He was truly a great man and helped me get a lower APR rate after being offers an APR of over 7%.
I went there last month with no idea what I was looking for but interested in buying a vehicle, Deanna helped me out with the process and made it so easy and was very helpful always checking every detail through the process! Satisfied I came here and living a new stage in my life with my very first car!
Within the past 5 years I've owned a Nissan, Subaru, Mazda and now a Honda. Jaymee is the highest rated sales representative I've come across. He wasn't perfect but nonetheless better than most so I'd give him 5 stars. The finance representative, I won't say his name can brush up on his approach and communication skills. In all the place was welcoming, the employees were helpful and the purchase was hassle free. I found my 2027 HRV which I couldn't find elsewhere, so yes I am a happy camper.
