I took my 2018 civic in for service, on march 3rd, for oil change , trans fluid, tires rotated and intake and cabin filters. approximately $500 worth of work. latter the same day the heater began making noise, I called and spoke ot Amy my service tech and she said the cabin filter likely hadn't seated correctly and to bring it back in so they could fix it. returned on the 5th was told it was a "rat nest" in heater fan and they charged me $100 to clear it out.. video appeared to be filter material, I asked for a manager to sp... read more
