We purchased a used car from Schaller (a 2022 Honda HRV) on May 10th. That next weekend, the weather finally warmed up for a bit and we turned on the AC, only to find it didn’t work. We contacted Schaller thinking they would do the right thing and fix it as they sold us a faulty vehicle.
