We are so happy we called Schall & Young when one of our furnace/AC units abruptly died in July. Everyone at the company from the owner, to the office staff to the technicians are so courteous and professional. They were able to have the problem diagnosed within hours, and reviewed all of the options available for potential repair or replacement, with no pressure or upselling. I highly recommend Schall and Young Heating and Cooling for all HVAC needs. They are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Sue is very kind and responds to any and all inquiries promptly. All of their staff is friendly, professional, and do quality clean work. My heat stopped working this past winter, they came out that morning and repaired it. My AC wasn’t cooling efficiently this past week during the heat spell and they came out immediately, got it working and they ordered a replacement part I needed covered it un... read more
