The service man showed up and was very rude! I am an elderly, military disabled veteran. The service man stated they would sue me for the trip cost! Only the panels needed to be replaced. I told him to just cancel the order and I will find a company that is customer service oriented!
I have always used Schalco Garage Doors for all of my garage door repair needs over the last 20+ years and will never use anyone else. The last 2 times I've had them out, Sean was sent out and I'm so thankful for that. Sean is professional, knowledgeable, polite and above all, very kind. I will always request him when needed. Also, the office staff is always so nice and helpful when I call. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. Thank you Schalco for being the best!!!

I came in one day to get a garage door cat eye sensor for my garage door from them. I paid the price of a new pair but got ones that had dirt stains on them and a dusty box. It seemed like they just took them out of someone's garage after years of use and threw them in a box and sold them to me at full price. I went back the next day to get to the bottom of the issue and the main sales lady deferred me to her supervisor when I tried to show her the dirt stains on the sensors. This is a fantastic company. They came out for us over at Bud's Plumbing and put in 3 garage doors. It was a difficult situation in which they worked through gracefully and with courtesy and efficiency. Their work is top notch.
