We moved to schalamar creek in 1997 and it is our favorite place we have lived. We are in our 62nd yr of marraige. Lived lots of places. This is an easy laid back place with friendly people. Any activity to think of. The golf course is my favorite memory here. I haven't been able to play lately but I highly recommend the course. Our house is for sale now. Stop by the sales office and come to see for yourself.
Nice course in fairly good condition. A bit narrow on a few holes but both too much "danger". Pace of play a little slow but not too bad. Would golf there again!
This place is a hidden gem! Everything is in fantastic shape! The price is like stealing! Do yourself a favor!

My wife and I moved into a furnished home that was so well maintained and the moment we moved in, the neighbors greeted us with smiles and waves and introduced themselves. We noticed right away what a wonderfully close community but not so close that we didn't have our own space with peace and quiet too.
