Unbelievable. There is 1 person who absolutely cannot repair or replace something without it going very wrong. Can not come in an emergency. Wanted plumbing repaired. Way overpriced for past work done at our home. No more.
Say they will send someone out, then never do, nor do they call to let you know they can't send someone.
The plumbers that came were very knowledgeable and provided options. Knowing I have mobility issues, did their best to clean up. The work they did was fantastic. Fun guys!
They've helped us with so much! They're great!
Schaffner's Plumbing is amazing.... do you know how damn nice it is to call a company and get an actual person on the phone and then have them respond in less than 24 hours.... sometimes the same day... And I'm talking about a plumbing company.... I would like to watch a documentary on how this company evolved because it would be the blueprint for how every successful company could make it in America....
