I called and spoke to Marilyn and asked if I could get a quote to have some outlets added to my home. Marilyn told me that it would be 3 weeks before they could do anything for us and I replied that I was merely looking for a quote. She then told me that they work on an individual basis and do not provide quotes. Thinking she misunderstood me, I clarified and asked again, "you don't provide quotes for work you perform?" and she replied "No". I don't think I could have been more clear that I just wanted pricing to shop around... read more
