He listened to what I had already done, family history. Increasing medication, to see if that will help, and next step is some blood work. Plus different paths we can go based on how medication increase works, and bloodwork findings.
Dr. Schaffer is a brilliant physician. Just had my 2nd visit - by far the best patient-physician experience I have ever had. His staff promptly fit me into his schedule for an urgent appointment. Dr. Schaffer and his staff were friendly, comforting and extraordinarily knowledgeable. After running a battery of breathing tests, Dr. Schaffer patiently explained my condition and treatment options. Dr. S was spot-on and he even contacted me personally to check on my condition. All better thx!
We started going to this office & were seen by another doctor named Judy Nam. We had the worst experience with her arrogant & condescending character, twice. I decided to choose another doctor before moving on, we chose Dr.Schaffer. It was like NIGHT & DAY! As soon as he walked in he greeted with a smile, he was thorough, explained everything & asked if we had questions. We thanked him & he thanked us back. It is more than evident why he has so many plaques around his office. Professional!
