I and my entire family (husband and married daughter) go to Dr. Schaffer. He is great in that he is friendly, explains everything very thoroughly, and is interested in knowing if you have any questions. I have recommended him to several of my friends and they have all gone to him and were very impressed with him and his services.
Ir was the appt. from hell! I checked in but then was ignored for 2+ hrs. while everyone after me was taken care of. They kept telling me I was next but I kept getting overlooked. Even the other patients were making comments. One sweet lady refused to go in until I was seen! I was the LAST one to be seen that morning!. After all that wait (to have a toe nail removed) he wouldn't do it-told me to come back after my vacation! No apologies, no explanation for the wait. I NEVER WENT BACK!
Very interested in helping the patient. Very friendly with a wonderful staff.
