Had to have what they fixed repaired again in 2 months and they were telling me they couldnt fix an appliance and it can be fixed. Also was going to order parts it didnt even need.
Outstanding service! Roy came the same day we called, found the malfunctioning defrost system on our refrigerator, and returned the next day after all the ice had melted to find and install the defective part. He was very nice and professional and the cost was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to call Schafer's again.
