I was pushed into spending several thousand dollars by their lead salesman who promised gold and delivered shit. Do not buy the hype. I have asked for refunds and never gotten so much as a twitch. I am a disabled Vietnam Marine and I told the head sales POS that and he still pushed and I stupidly agreed. DO NOT BUY THEIR HYPE.

In spite of multiple emails and phone calls, I did not get any response from this group when I wanted to cancel my subscription. I finally had to call my credit card to cancel. There are way too many investing advisory firms to put up with this. I can't say if they are good or not, but I can say their refusal to get back to me is sleazy.

That is fraud. I have a similar to Jeffrey's(below) story, but even worse. I have subscribed to their emails for 59$. Next day I had a call from "my account manager" who pushed some kind of extended service for 29.95 and I agreed. In couple of days I saw a charge of 2995.00 on my card. I emailed them immediately requesting refund and cancellation. It was ignored. 3 weeks later I emailed again and they replied that their Satisfaction Guarantee means that I must use their emails for 90 days and they are guaranteed not to refun... read more

Worthless buffoons. Sorry SIRs you are imbeciles and cheats. I intend to file a complaint with SEC. Your recommendations are beyond specious and indefensible. Damn shame. I hope it is illegal.

I purchased one of the inexpensive programs to check this company out. Then Edwin got a hold of my credit card and started charging $1000.00 then 2 days later charge $500 then charged another $1000.00 then $475.00 on my Bank One card without my knowledge. I found out about when I tried to use the card to find out that Edwin maxed out the card. I requested that Edwin cancel my membership and refund the money. I would not recommend this service to anyone unless they have at least $200000 to gamble with options and can afford to lose money if the stock market goes down in a bear environment. The people that work there are only interested in selling you a product . They are also rude and hang up on you or never return your call.

The customer service I receive as a client of Schaeffer’s Investment Research is of top shelf and I dare say military grade quality. My account manager has always answered all of my questions and even addressed some concerns I have had as well.

I have learned so much from Schaeffer's Research. Their insight is invaluable to being the success that I am. I’ve taken full advantage of quite a few of the training courses and am always learning something new.
