I too made a mistake of buying from their pop up. I received a paid confirmation and no other info to access my purchases. I called and a person "Nathane Sharp" spoke to be in turbo tongue and when I could not understand him, he was persistently angry at me. He told me he was the OWNER of the company and what he says is what he says. I thought the company was owned by Bernie Schaeffer... whom I respect... This company is all about itself and taking your money. If you have a small account of less than $25000 do not risk losing it all like I did. They keep pushing you to buy their useless products .Bernie and his souless cabal tell you your doing something wrong when they make the recommendations and the fault is yours.The definition of insane is making the same mistake over and over again.So I guess I am insane for trusting these unprofessional people.I hope they get what they rightfully deserve. BEWARE! This company will inflate the credit card charge without your knowledge or consent! I bought an ebook from them for $14.00 and, a couple days later, Nathane Sharp called me and said I already had purchased it and offered that they apply the cost to their "Playbook" for "3995". I said "OK", expecting a $39.95 charge. I was shocked to see a $3,995 charge on my credit card. I was pushed into spending several thousand dollars by their lead salesman who promised gold and delivered shit. Do not buy the hype. I have asked for refunds and never gotten so much as a twitch. I am a disabled Vietnam Marine and I told the head sales POS that and he still pushed and I stupidly agreed. DO NOT BUY THEIR HYPE.

In spite of multiple emails and phone calls, I did not get any response from this group when I wanted to cancel my subscription. I finally had to call my credit card to cancel. There are way too many investing advisory firms to put up with this. I can't say if they are good or not, but I can say their refusal to get back to me is sleazy.
