I rented a Road Glide Special through EagleRider for Saturday. Some things changed and I needed to pick up the machine Friday. I called with my concerns and was quickly assured it would be no problem. I picked up the bike Friday at 5:00pm. Sven didn't a great job explaining everything to me except I was so nervous about riding such a nice machine I forgot it all. If & when I buy Harley it will probably be from Schaeffer's just because of how well this went. Thank you Sherry, Sven & Schaeffer's Harley!
