Unable to keep appointment times. 20 minutes past my appointment time and nobody seemed concerned. Our time is as valuable as your time.
The doctor is amazing! The staff are hit or miss. However, not verifying the prescription was correct (in this case tinted) is unacceptable. Waste of my time, my daughters time and we have to now wait another 1-2 weeks to get her correct prescription. If you make this big of a mistake I would expect an apology and an offer to rush. I received neither. When asked if they can rush them I was told it's at the discretion of the lab. So frustrating.
