Went to the Hoover location, got glasses after cataract surgery. They figured my part after insurance. I paid my part, my receipt shows zero balance, and I still got a statement a month later with a balance. They should no assume, and tell you this is all you have to pay! I will never go back, and I did pay the balance.
Love Dr. Kaplan and all of the folks at Schaeffer!
The doctor is great but the lab suck been waiting on my glasses since 3/17 and they were not cheap
