Lou marches to the tune of his own drummer. This consists of irregular appointments; he or his designee show up without warning--simply barge in and get to work whether it is convenient or not. That said, he gets the work done. You will pay top dollar. He tends to bill agressively, even for local hot tub repair prices.
This spa dealer was great to work with although at first he did try to sell me a bigger spa than I had chosen. Once I made it clear I already knew exactly what I wanted he shifted from salesman to efficient order-filler. There was no problem with the initial setup service and and I'm thrilled with the spa.
