We love Schaefer's! The Jambalaya is absolutely delicious and the Caribbean Red Snapper is my favorite dish. The crab cakes and fried shrimp are great too. The Mango Seafood Avocado Stack was unique and would be especially refreshing on a warm day. Brussel sprouts are always good and we never leave without a slice of Smith Island Coconut Cake. The spicy Bloody Mary and Oyster Shooters are a great way to start your visit. Food is plentiful and the staff is always prompt and friendly.
