We always buy our TV's and appliances from Schaefer's. Doug is usually our salesman and is very knowledgable and helps with what we need. Employees are pleasant and helpful. Nice to have a local family owned company to purchase appliances from and will continue to take our business to Schaefer's.
Fantastic business for your shopping needs
Worst delivery ever. Left us with a washer out of balance and said it wasn't the machine, so it was our problem. Never ran it. Turned it on took a picture, but not a drop of water ran through it. Our last schaefer's purchase. Delivery manager didn't even care. I remember when Schaefer's was known for its quality customrer service, so sad.

Had a new washer & dryer installed on 12/30, only to find out that the dryer wasn’t working. After a rough start remedying the issue, they really went above and beyond in making sure that we didn’t have to wait over the holiday weekend to get a new dryer. I can now say that we’ve had a positive experience with Schaefer’s, so Thank You to everyone who helped make it happen.
