I happened to be in the shop while Tstamps(latest review) was there. His "antique" car is an 81 Toronado that has more rust than the Titanic. This guy was the male version of a Karen... he was extremely rude to the staff and felt his car should be put in front of others. This is a great shop that does great work. They have worked on several of my cars over the years. Judging by this guys 101 review count he seems very eager to find a reason to complian. Whoever owns this place is in dire need of a crash course in customer service. FIrst of all, I was told it would be two months before I could drop off my antique car at the shop. No big deal. I can wait as the car is my leisure vehicle. Plus, I was told that Schaefer’s is the best shop to take old cars in the Metro East. So, I figured if I had to wait two months that the process of fixing my car would be expedited, right? Wrong.
