Yes, They responded in the same day. Our appointment was from 5-7pm. They came around 10pm which was ok. The guy came but was tired and agreed to come back the next morning at 9:30000am. We advised we will be here waiting. No call just text and because a response wasn’t made they went to another job after asking was 10am. 10 is fine but why make a customer wait all day when the appointment was SET AND SCHEDULED. Ed and his apprentice arrived at my mom's house for a toilet line valve replacement, fill valve replacement, and kitchen faucet replacement. They were prompt, courteous, and very informative of what they were doing and the type of plumbing lines I dealt with. They cleaned up after completing the job, walked me through the invoice, and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I will continue to do business with them soon.
Ed is the man! Came out and took a challenging job at our duplex in Detroit where one of the drain stacks had a long crack it in, deep in the wall. He and his son expertly fixed it and saved us money in the process. Great/amazing work, highly recommended!!!
Ed at Schaefer plumbing was nice, fast to respond and quickly fixed our issue we had in our bathroom. The entire experience felt smooth and easy, and he was honest about what can be done in the moment and what can be done at a later time, including the cost. Would call again if anything else comes up!
