When I took my car in they used a scan tool & never reported what they found, till after the insurance paid out & I had a light on my dash. It was stuff related to my accident. They thought it was stuff previously before accident but insurance made me wait 6 weeks to get car fixed. So I got screwed for something that was never my fault. They do good work & are prompt but failed reporting something that could have saved me a couple hundred dollars. Not sure I can ever use them again. That’s a pretty big deal.

This is the second time using Schaefer. They are very nice and accommodating. They explain everything and give a fair estimate. The work is excellent. I have recommended to others who feel exactly the same way.
