I have it 4 stars as I thought the communication could have been better. I had to initiate calls as to where we were. Other than that , extremely satisfied.
I am very pleased with the body repairs to my car. Looks and feels like a new car! Great customer service. A+ to Schaefer!!
Why take your car to the shop on Wed. If they don't start the repair until Fri? How could they miss repairing the 18 inch scratch on the driver's door when includes in the repair bid and you can see it gwtting in the car?
I have left several voice and text messages and no one is responding or picking up the phone. The shop stored my car for nearly 2 weeks because they finished it when I was out of town (they were aware that we would be out of town when it was finished). I called multiple times the first day we were back and no one answered. I finally went up there and the entire process took over 2 hours and I didn't even leave with my car. 1) My car was in basement (?) so they had to find it. 2) It was dirty so they had to clean it. 3) Repai... read more
