My tip is avoid at all costs my family and friends have had bad experiences with their autobody shops and workmanship and fraud when not completing all repairs the insurance pays for them to fix. Bad apples.

Mixed feeling from my friends and family members who have used Schaefer Autobody. I have had friends notice tape lines around stuff that should of been removed (said it was on estimate) and dirt in the paint and overall just poor quality (I saw a dent in my friends civic they fixed that looked like a hamburger patty!!) and this is from approx 5 people that were not pleased with their work. Amazing service, went WAY beyond the call! – Honestly, I never thought I'd have need for a body shop until WHAM, my dear grandmother backed out of her garage straight into my car! I had no idea how to deal with insurance, repairs, anything. AAA recommended Shaefer as a preferred vendor so I called them. They got me in the very next day and determined that my car was not safe to drive (the side mirror broke off).
