I am unable to recommend Schaefer & Associates property management due to unresolved serious problems relating to a commercial lease with this company. Eric Schaefer, Broker, seems to ignore any and all responsibility & liability by blaming the owner (lessor) in full, rather than properly addressing the issues himself as Broker. Upon proper conflict resolution, I will update this review with hope that resolution will be reviewed as professional and satisfactory, the opposite of the experience so far.
