I have never had any problems with getting glasses. Although Schaeffer & Associates has a wide selection of glasses, their service is not up to par. I went in for an eye exam to get new glasses with a male optometrist. My glasses came in, and they did not feel right with my eyes. After SIX more visits and adjustments for the glasses and finally a re-check for my eyes, they were confused and didn't know what to do anymore so they refunded me and told me to go somewhere else.
