We had SchaefAir come out last year and install a new downstairs HVAC unit. This was after the original 20 year old unit had stopped working and was way too expensive to fix with the old freon and other issues. This new unit is far superior to the original in terms of how fast it cools the downstairs, the noise level during operation, and the new technology it came with.
