Kramer is the most empathic and attentive mental health provider I’ve seen! So very grateful.
Joseph who answered the phone is rude, ugly tone and not very understanding. Everyone including the Bemidji pharmacy and the pharmacy out of state where I’m visiting said I was more than able to pick up my Rx while out of town. Joseph rather than asking if this was true assumed Gina was unable to fulfill a RX that already had been made out to me.
