Doesn’t listen to your complaints and blows you off with ridiculous answers. Spent most of the second appointment, telling me about how he wanted to retire while staring out the window. The practice in general is extremely probiotic. What I mean by that is with any problems they think that probiotics are the cure. If a doctors office has a 2.3 rating, don’t use it! I found out why today! They could care less!
Terrible customer service. Nurses never call back even in urgent situations. Front desk never answers.
Went to him 2yrs ago for Colonoscopy he came in when I barely woke up from the procedure and said everything was fine I asked him about my original complaint of diarrhea, he said take probiotics none 2yrs later and after taking the probiotics and anti diarrhea medicine I still have the same problems. They expect me to pay what the insurance didn't pay. But why should I when my problem was not taken seriously.
