The technician was great! Very helpful and he explained what he was doing as he evaluated and serviced the furnace and air in our newly purchased home. Highly recommend! Edited to add later duct cleaning service. Dan, the technician, was very professional and thorough. Dan was great, but more than that all our interactions with Schaal personnel have been very positive! Continue to highly recommend!

Joseph came out to check my furnace for not having heat. He was quick, friendly, and very efficient in his work! He was able to explain everything clearly, so I could understand what happened and what the next steps are with zero experience in HVAC! Highly recommended!

Bryce was the technician from Schall Heating and Cooling who did my Fall furnace inspection. He was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he was going to do and shared relevant information about my HVAC system while completing the inspection process. He patiently answered all of my questions and clearly showed me an issue that needed attention. He even took the time to coordinate a follow up meeting with another company representative. I will do business with Schall again.
