Had a shower door installed last month. First off I can honestly say the the installer was really good. He did a nice job and asked a lot of questions to make sure I was happy and that everything was done to my liking. He basically paid attention to detail. As far as the rest of the process with Schaaf, I'm not impressed at all. First off we paid a good penney for this, the salesperson was completely hands off after taking our money and not once did he reach out to see if everything went well and that we were happy. wast of our time! we wanted new windows. Guy came, looked at our old windows. Took a couple measurements and said he would give us an estimate in a couple days. It has been 10 days and have heard nothing. Not going to chase him down for it. Seemed like a red flag that either they don't care, or don't want to do the job for some reason. We went with a different company. Least they could do was to be honest and say exactly how long estimate would take or tell us they didn't want to do the job.

Just want to say that Kurt the service man was here today to fix our lock on our 7 year old door which was still covered under warranty. He was very pleasant and a great worker!!! A lot of companies these days promise the service and don’t follow through. Thank you KURT!!!

We had a door installed yesterday. The guys did a great job with our not so simple installation. The guys were super professional and they cleaned up absolutely everything. I would highly recommend Schaaf-their prices were great as well.
I can’t say enough about how easy this process was with them. I shopped around a lot and not only was their price considerably lower than every body I priced but the quality of workmanship, knowledgeable team and not pushy sales made this large purchase a breeze.
