Had a shower door installed last month. First off I can honestly say the the installer was really good. He did a nice job and asked a lot of questions to make sure I was happy and that everything was done to my liking. He basically paid attention to detail. As far as the rest of the process with Schaaf, I'm not impressed at all. First off we paid a good penney for this, the salesperson was completely hands off after taking our money and not once did he reach out to see if everything went well and that we were happy.
