Chris sold my parents’ deceased property by auction yesterday, well above our reserved price. We met up with him and our real estate agents the day before to discuss the auction details and reserved price. His explanations and suggestions were professional, clear, useful and reassuring, and his performance on the day of the auction was top notched. Chris was instrumental today in running the Auction at Ryde today.
