Chris did an exceptional auction at our property. Not because he achieved a suburb record price. Moreso because he fairly represented the potential buyers and the seller. Worst auctioneer is Chris Scerri! Started 5 mins early, described our 2 bedroom unit as three bedroom 2 times! Said 2 bathroom , then corrected himself to say one bathroom. Spoke so fast, he did not know what he was selling or saying! Not focussed, unprofessional and in a rush to go elsewhere. Waste of time and money!
Chris was very professional but also had an amazing humurous personality ….he is very good at what he does and went way above expectations, I would highly recommend Chris to anyone you will not be Disappointed!!!!
