Technician installed their large gray box on the front facing side of my 120 year old home in an absolutely unacceptable place (I was at work) and the tech told my wife 'they had to' put it there which is just laziness on their part. Cancelled account at the end of May, been billed twice since. Won't refund the money they took.
Worthless company. Charging me for their mistake. I asked 3 times if they needed equipment and if my account was current when I canceled. A month later I was sent a bill for more than $150. They're not even willing to listen to THEIR recorded messages. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
