I have just had the most incredible, amazing customer service experience from this business. Brooke was not only an absolute artist at work with the arrangement I ordered, but was absolutely lovely to speak to when i was ordering and so down to earth. Brooke sent updates through the day and a photo of the arrangement once complete, as well as letting me know when they were delivered.
