2025 EDIT: Lived in building 326 for over 5 years. Most of my maintenance issues were addressed quickly and the property itself was fairly nice. However, they will rip you off on your deposit when you move out. I left the apartment in great shape and cleaner than when I first moved in, but they still only gave me back a small portion of my deposit. I lived here for 10 months this year before relocating out of state. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The leasing staff and maintenance staff all did a great job taking care of my home and I during my time here. The amenities are great and the prices are very fair in comparison to other places I have lived. I couldn’t find an issue with this property, the residents, or the people of if I tried.
Scenic Woods Apartments is listed in the recommended apartments in the Fort Riley Housing Office for a good reason. I am impressed with Chanda (Manager), because she is professional, friendly, and flexible. I moved from a house to an apartment and Scenic Woods have the options to rent storage, detached garage, or covered parking. Perfect for military personnel because they have perks that not a lot of apartment complex have.
