My experience at Scenic Woods was disappointing from beginning to end, and I would not recommend living here. ⸻ Safety Incidents The most serious issues I experienced involved repeated emergency situations with a downstairs neighbor. They have extra keys to your appointment which is understandable. But they will open your appointment without knocking, further more THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE OF THE DOOR CHAIN FROM THE OUTSIDE.!!!

I would not recommend this place. The carpet has patches throughout, it is so worn out that you have to be sure when you step into the kitchen step across where they join together or you’ll step on the tack strip (ouch). We’ve had a hole in the ceiling for over a year. The humidity is so high we have to run a dehumidifier 24/7. Even after signing a lease you never know what new charges they are going to put on your bill each month, then if they forget something you may see it on there 3 or 4 months later. 2025 EDIT: Lived in building 326 for over 5 years. Most of my maintenance issues were addressed quickly and the property itself was fairly nice. However, they will rip you off on your deposit when you move out. I left the apartment in great shape and cleaner than when I first moved in, but they still only gave me back a small portion of my deposit.
