The worst apartment to live in if you have maintenance issues please know that what ever issue you are having will not be resolved they will cancel those request without fulfilling the task.. units are filthy from mold buildup they do not spend time in cleaning units for a flip had a baby had to send the baby away was always sick from the molds we cannot get to the carpets the air filters the nasty clog sinks they do not attend And not to mention if you have a emergency office is always on a break they never answer calls.. h... read more
I really enjoyed living here and have great things to say about the property manger Chandra! In the 10 + years that I lived in Manhattan, she was by far the best to work with. All my work orders were completed in a fast manner and the property always looked great. I appreciate the way events were held in the clubhouse to try and build community. This is a great place to live. If I ever return to Kansas, I'll be giving you a call! Thank you for everything!
Horrible apartment complex. Place is absolutely FILTHY!!! Inside and outside. Staff is super unprofessional and does not help with concerns. Do NOT waste your money. This place remind me of section 8 housing absolutely a disgrace. Things in apartment are so outdated, rusty, and built uneven and trashy. Do better.
Living at Scenic for the past 2 years has been great. Chanda Parker has made any issues I’ve had disappear and the maintenance team always quickly fixes anything that comes up. Rude or disgusting neighbors have been an issue (an issue anywhere you live) but nothing that makes me think twice about living here again if I’m even back in the area. Thank you Scenic team for a wonderful time while living in Kansas!
