I had Scenic View Roofing install a metal roof on my house . They were great to work with, an did an awesome job! They take extreme pride in their work. I would highly recommend them .
Our house was not a standard roofing job. The shingles could not be lifted to roof with a boom truck like many are. The crew had to get creative and lifted them up with the roofing buggy . Then 7 sheets of plywood had to be replaced. The skill this crew had was remarkable. They were very courteous, cleaned up meticulously , never left the roof exposed, came back each day for 4 days until job was finished. 3 skylights were replaced in order to maintain warranty. Scenic View Roofing replaced the roof on my home in December 2025. It was a complicated job because there was a great deal of deferred maintenance that prior owners had neglected for years. I am so glad I chose this company for my roof. Many areas of the roof deck needed to be replaced and also an attic wall next to a chimney. This was done with skill and true craftsmanship. Scenic View Roofing replaced our houses soffit and fascia and put on new gutters as well redoing the entire roof. They did a excellent job and were great to work with. If you are considering metal roofs I highly recommend the heritage panel. Steve the salesman was very knowledgeable about the different roof options what would look good with different colors ect.
A couple months ago we experienced a ceiling leak on the 2nd floor. It was determined by another company that water was getting in due to the seal failing around the boots where the pipes exit the roof. It was concerning as more rain was expected to come. I contacted several roofing companies, but no one was able to even evaluate the roof for several days to a week.
