Pathetically inadequate in all regards. This company should be put out of business permanently.
These are slumlord apts. You are promised a clean apartment and the apt is disgustingly grotesque they are that unclean! And there are spiders to add to that It is the worst I have ever seen. HUD housing are cleaned in Utah to immaculate move in ready., but these are old apts that are not kept up to comply with rental standards of fair housing for the poor. These are slumlords moving you into their slum.
As Owners, it has been years of good to a deteriorating experience. 1. Communication has become VERY difficult. 2.Reeder's will not completely honor their contract with the owners. As managers they don't monitor your property and make sure the tenants are following through with the tenants' least agreement. Example: Tenants are lease agreed to mow and rake the lawn at a minimum. Reeder's do not monitor your property and make sure the tenants follow through on their lease obligation.
