This place is a complete joke, 100% joke. Nothing but a bunch of kids up here running this place including the manager. This was my first time here and I had no clue what to do the kids did not bother telling me. They brought me up to the edge of the car wash and I know to watch the green light they did not tell me to put it in neutral or anything else so I'm sitting there in drive and all of a sudden that thing grab my car and threw it like halfway through the car wash. Today is the second time within the last two weeks that I have taken my vehicle through there, I pay $44.99 a month for the best wash and I got the basic wash the last two times. When I went in today to talk to the so-called manager, all he could tell me was there’s nothing we can do about it if everyone’s gonna get the basic wash, then charge everyone the same fee.
