We are a locally owned and operated 3 minute express car wash. We are striving to offer the highest level of customer service and the cleanest cars to the North Georgia area. We offer four excellent wash packages, with an unlimited monthly plan for each package. We also offer free vacuums with every wash package, as well as, free microfiber towels and all purpose cleaner. First time at this wash and I was not impressed. I paid for the highest wash, but after getting to the vacuums, there were streaks everywhere of dirt. We watched 3 of the 4 brushes not even touch the sides of my car. I was reached out to after posting this, where I was told to change my review to 5 star to receive a redo of the wash. The amount of disclaimers at this place is insane, and driving out just to be told to wipe my own car down after the wash defeats the whole point of paying. The email is attached.
