Just picked up our New Expandable trailer yesterday .... can't wait to go camping now! Rhonda was a VERY friendly and helpful sales person. Answered all our questions and got back to us within the day. Loved working with someone that wanted our business. Jake did our walk thru; spent about 2 hours with us going thru everything in the camper. Very easy to talk with and he answered even our first timer questions. Scenic RV personnel are great! We purchased our Coachman Viking 2017 17FQ from Todd. He was very helpful to us "newbie" campers. Matt, Todd, Dave and the other guys were very helpful in explaining things. We are loving it! Highly recommended!!

We haven't heard from you in quite a few months, we assumed the factory had addressed all your issues with your unit in Fall of 2016. We're sorry that you feel our service dept. didn't try to the best of their ability to rectify your problems. Sometimes there are issues that cannot be addressed at the dealership and units are returned to the factory for repairs. Again, our most sincere apoligizes. Scenic RV

We would highly recommend Scenic RV! The staff is amazing. Todd, our salesperson, was extremely helpful. He listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect camper to fit our needs. But they don't stop there. When we picked up our camper, Jake gave us a thorough walk through and made sure to show us EVERY detail about our new camper!! He was so patient with us and made sure we knew exactly what we were doing by the time we left. We will definitely be back!!!
